Giving Back
Trumark is dedicated to making a difference and improving the well-being of community members. Throughout the year, Trumark selects different organizations in the community to support. Credit union employees also volunteer their time at various events and initiatives to lend a helping hand.
2025 Community Outreach
- Employees volunteered 2,061 hours
- Donated $71,500 to 28 local organizations through the credit union’s Community Giving initiative
- Collected food as part of a multi-credit union and legislative food drive for Philabundance, plus additional $40,000 donations throughout the year
- Held a toy drive for St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, plus donated anadditional $7,500 for holiday toys, and $5,000 for the annual back to school
carnival for children in the community - Held 12 Financial Reality Fairs at local high schools, middle schools, and La Salle University providing a unique opportunity for over 3,000 students to experience the financial challenges they may face when they start life on their own
- Provided 43 hours of financial instruction to over 700 participants in 17 schools and organizations
- Raised over $28,850 to support financial education programs in local schools and a non-profit organization, and provided Over $36,000 in grants to local
non-profits via the Trumark Cares Foundation - $15,500 in scholarship funds were provided through the Trumark Cares Foundation’s Difference Makers Scholarship program, plus an additional $2,800
in donations to non-profits on behalf of the top eight contestants - Donated $2,000 to the 2025 BEN FM Adopt-A-Family radiothon
